Welcome to MomentsLane. MomentsLane (momentslane.com) is operated by Envizzion Solutions, No. 293/A, Urapola, Nittambuwa, Sri Lanka. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services you buy through it. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Our services

MomentsLane provides digital services for events. Nothing is shipped.

  • Online invitations: you create a digital invitation with RSVP and pay a one-time fee to publish it.
  • Shared event albums: you pay a one-time fee for an album that your guests add their photos to.
  • Photographer albums and hosting plans: photographers deliver event photos to guests using free albums, a one-time album pass, or a prepaid hosting plan.
  • Event photos: guests can buy digital downloads of their event photos or tip the photographer.

Use of the website

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use MomentsLane or make purchases.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including sign-in links and verification codes.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.
  • You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload or publish (photos, invitation text and guest details) and must have the right to use it. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.

Pricing

  • Our prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) on the Pricing page, and the full amount is shown before you pay.
  • Photographers set the price of their own photo downloads. A MomentsLane service fee and a payment processing fee are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
  • Prices may change. A change does not affect a purchase you have already paid for. Promotions or discounts may be time-limited and subject to additional terms.
  • We strive to present accurate photo previews and descriptions. We do not guarantee that every preview perfectly matches the final downloadable file in all viewing conditions.

Orders and payments

  • By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected service, photos or package.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes.
  • We use trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
  • Event photos are sold by the event photographer. MomentsLane collects the payment on the photographer’s behalf and keeps the service fee.

Delivery

  • Services are delivered online after successful payment: an invitation is published, a shared album or album pass is activated, a hosting plan starts, and purchased photos become available to download.
  • Delivery is typically immediate but may vary due to processing, network conditions, or maintenance.

Hosting plans and album passes

  • A prepaid hosting plan runs for the period you paid for (1 or 12 months) and then ends unless you pay for another period.
  • If you choose a plan that renews automatically, you can cancel it at any time from Plan & billing. It stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • An album pass covers one event album, with the photo limit and duration shown at purchase.

Album expiry and deletion

  • Free albums and album-pass albums stay online for the period shown on the Pricing page and in the album’s settings. Expiry is paused while the photographer has an active hosting plan.
  • When an album expires, guests can no longer open it. The photographer can still download the original photos for the download period shown in the album, and we send a reminder before it ends.
  • After that download period, the album’s photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please keep your own copies of anything you need.
  • Original files of purchased photos stay available to download until the date shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs refunds for all purchases. Please refer to that page for eligibility and process details.

Intellectual property

  • Platform content (MomentsLane branding, UI, invitation designs and materials we create) is protected by intellectual property rights and owned by Envizzion Solutions or its licensors.
  • Event photographs remain subject to the rights of the photographer and any licenses granted to you at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, purchase grants you a personal license to use the photo for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Photos that guests add to a shared album remain the property of the guest who took them.
  • You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content or purchased photos beyond the license granted without prior written consent from the rights holder.

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envizzion Solutions, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchased digital products.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability of the service or fitness of photos for a particular purpose beyond what is stated at purchase.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of MomentsLane after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
